Terms of Service — Klür Post
These terms govern the use of the Klür Post app, part of the KLÜR platform (klur.io), provided by VTNA ARTE DESING LTDA, CNPJ 39.408.276/0001-49, Londrina – PR, Brazil. By using the service you agree to them and to the Klür Post Privacy Policy. The platform-wide terms are at klur.io/legal/terms.
1. The service
KLÜR offers AI tools for businesses: image and video creation, online storefront, customer service and, through Klür Post, publishing posts to Facebook and Instagram and creating and monitoring ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
2. Account
You are responsible for the information provided, for the security of your access and for everything done in your account. The service is intended for businesses and people aged 18 or older.
3. Connected accounts
By connecting Pages, profiles or ad accounts, you declare you are authorized to manage them. Their use also follows the Meta Terms and the Meta Advertising Standards. You can disconnect at any time.
4. Ads and money
- Every ad created by KLÜR starts paused. Switching on, pausing and changing budgets only happen when you click and confirm.
- Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta (card, Pix or boleto on Meta’s screen). KLÜR never receives or handles that money.
- Meta may reject ads or restrict accounts under its own rules.
5. Content
The content you upload or publish remains yours. You authorize us to process it only to provide the service. Using the platform for illegal or misleading content, content that infringes third-party rights or Meta’s policies is prohibited. Texts and images suggested by AI must be reviewed by you before publishing.
6. Plans and credits
Paid features and credits follow the prices shown at purchase. Used credits are non-refundable, except for proven service failure or where the law requires.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for downtime of third-party platforms (such as Meta), nor for sales or ad results.
8. Cancellation
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Data deletion follows the Data Deletion page.
9. Governing law
Brazilian law applies, with the courts of Londrina – PR, without prejudice to consumer rights.
