This policy explains how KLÜR (klur.io), operated by VTNA ARTE DESING LTDA, CNPJ 39.408.276/0001-49, Londrina – PR, Brazil, collects, uses and protects personal data in the Klür Post app — KLÜR’s app that connects to Facebook and Instagram to publish posts and create and monitor ads — in compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018). The platform-wide policy is at klur.io/legal/privacy.

Nothing goes live and no money is spent without your click. Ads are always created paused, and ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta. Meta data is never sold and never used to train AI models.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name, email, phone and company details provided at sign-up.
Meta Platform data (only with your authorization through Facebook Login for Business): your id and name, the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts you choose to connect, access tokens, posts published by KLÜR and their metrics, the ad accounts you manage, the ads created by KLÜR and the contacts from your lead forms.
Uploaded content: photos, videos, texts and products used to create creatives, posts and ads.
Technical data: IP address, browser and access logs, for security and operation.

2. Meta permissions we request

Each permission is used only for the purpose below, and only on the accounts you connected.

3. How we use the data

Publish and schedule posts to the Pages and Instagram accounts you connected.
Show the performance of your posts and ads in the dashboard.
Create paused ads when you ask, and switch them on or off when you confirm.
Bring the contacts from your lead forms into your dashboard.
Provide support, bill the service and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use data obtained from Meta for third-party advertising, do not share it with data brokers and do not use it to train AI models.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only with: (a) Meta Platforms, to perform the actions you requested; (b) hosting and AI providers that process data on our behalf under contract (the AI only receives the product text and photo to suggest captions and creatives); (c) authorities, when required by law.

5. Storage and security

Encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access tokens are kept only on our server, never in the browser, in a database encrypted at rest. Each business sees only its own data. Meta reports are cached for up to 15 minutes; lead-form contacts are kept until you request deletion. We keep data while the account is active or for the period required by law.

6. Your rights (LGPD)

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and for the dashboard to work.

8. Minors

The service is intended for businesses and people aged 18 or older.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the current version.
