Data Deletion Instructions — Klür Post
You can request deletion of all data KLÜR keeps about you in the Klür Post app, including data obtained through Facebook Login and Instagram.
Option 1 — Remove the app on Facebook
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy › Settings.
- Go to Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find Klür Post and click Remove.
- Confirm.
Once removed, Meta cuts access immediately: KLÜR can no longer publish, read or advertise on your accounts. To also delete what we stored, send the request in Option 2.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email privacidade@klur.io with the subject “Data deletion – Klür Post”, stating your KLÜR account email or the name of the connected Page/profile.
We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, notifying you by email.
What is deleted
- Facebook and Instagram access tokens and identifiers.
- Scheduled posts, records of published posts and stored metrics.
- Records of ads created by KLÜR and lead-form contacts.
- Images and content uploaded or generated in your account (if you request deletion of the whole account).
Posts and ads already in your Meta accounts belong to you and remain there; delete them on Facebook, Instagram or Ads Manager if you wish. We may keep only what the law requires for the legal period (for example, invoices and billing records).
