Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of KLÜR (klur.io), operated by VTNA ARTE DESING LTDA, CNPJ 39.408.276/0001-49. By creating an account or using KLÜR you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
KLÜR is a business platform that offers: an online store and catalog, a WhatsApp inbox connected through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, an optional AI assistant, scheduling, lead tracking, and AI image and video tools. Features depend on the plan and credits purchased.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at privacidade@klur.io about any unauthorized use.
3. WhatsApp and Meta
To use the inbox you connect your own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta’s Embedded Signup. You remain the owner of your number, account and conversations, and you must follow the WhatsApp Business Policy, the WhatsApp Business Terms and the Meta Commercial Terms — including getting opt-in before starting conversations and not sending spam. Meta may charge conversation fees, which may be passed on according to your plan. You can disconnect at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use KLÜR to: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; sell prohibited goods under WhatsApp or Meta policies; violate third-party rights or copyright; upload unlawful, misleading or offensive content; create fake images of real products, people or documents to deceive buyers; or attack, overload or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to your catalog, photos and messages. You give KLÜR a limited license to host, process and display that content only to run the service for you. For data about your customers, you are the controller and KLÜR is the processor, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. AI features
AI replies and generated images or videos may contain mistakes. Review important information (prices, availability, conditions) before relying on it. You can switch off the AI assistant and take over conversations at any time.
7. Plans, credits and payment
Plans and credit prices are shown in the app. Credits are used by paid AI features. Fees are charged in advance and, except where the law requires otherwise (including the Brazilian Consumer Code when applicable), are non-refundable.
8. Availability
We work to keep KLÜR available, but the service depends on third parties (such as Meta and hosting providers) and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KLÜR is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, or for actions of Meta/WhatsApp, such as number restrictions caused by policy violations. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
10. Termination
You can cancel at any time. After cancellation your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy and on the Data Deletion page.
11. Changes and law
We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the courts of Londrina, Paraná, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights.
