Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask KLÜR to delete your personal data at any time, free of charge. This page explains how, for both business clients and people who talked to a business through KLÜR. It is our official Data Deletion Instructions URL for Meta (Facebook Login and WhatsApp Business Platform).
Option 1 — Remove KLÜR from your Facebook account
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and websites (or Business integrations).
- Find KLÜR / Byla Design and click Remove.
- Our access is revoked immediately. We delete the Meta access tokens and the data received through that connection within 30 days.
Option 2 — Ask us by email
- Send an email to privacidade@klur.io with the subject “Delete my data”.
- Include the email of your KLÜR account or the WhatsApp phone number you used (with country code), and which business you talked to, if you are an end user.
- We confirm your request within 2 business days by email.
- Data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within 90 days.
Option 3 — Business clients inside the app
Business clients can disconnect WhatsApp on the connection page at any time, which revokes our access to the WhatsApp Business Account. To close the account and delete everything (catalog, conversations, store), use Option 2.
What is deleted
- Account data (name, email, phone, company).
- Meta access tokens and the WhatsApp account and number IDs.
- Conversations, media and contact data.
- Catalog, store and AI-generated content.
What we may keep
Only what Brazilian law requires: access logs for 6 months (Marco Civil da Internet) and invoices and tax records for the legal period. These are not used for any other purpose.
Conversations are also on WhatsApp
Deleting data at KLÜR does not delete messages on your phone or on the business’s WhatsApp app. To delete those, use WhatsApp’s own tools or contact the business.
